Registration for 2008 Season

Don't Forget that registration for the 2008 season is this Sunday, June 1st, from 1:30-3:30 pm at Cane Creek Baptist Activities Center.

• Please download your forms and have them completed (this will make things faster).
• Weight/measurements of football players and uniform measurements for cheerleaders will be taken so please bring your registrant with you. A football skills clinic will coincide with registration for your player to join in.
• Remember that the the $25 registration discount ends June 1st (making registration $100). The registration fee does not include the mandatory $25 spirit pack fee.
• Except for report card copies and possibly the physical form (must be the PW form and completed by the MD), please bring all forms and copies as well as the original birth certificate for verification.
