EQUIPMENT/UNIFORM PICKUP

Equipment/uniform pick up information:

• Location: 2124 Meares Road, Chapel Hill, 27514
• Friday, July 24th from 6-8pm
• *Saturday, July 25th from 10am-2pm (*helmets issued will be fitted after practice begins)
• Sunday, July 26th from 2-4pm
  

Drop-in format. MUST BRING YOUR CHILD (will need to take a photo)

REMEMBER THAT YOU CHILD MUST BE FULLY REGISTERED IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE STARTING AUGUST 1ST.

If you still in need of obtaining a physical to complete your child's registration, you can contact Dr. Vines (of Family Centered Healthcare). Dr. Vines is offering the Pop Warner physical during his regular office hours. His website is www.fchealthcare.com. You can use insurance or pay $35. When you call for an appointment, YOU MUST say that is is for a "Pop Warner physical."
