2 MORE REGISTRATIONS REMAINING

There are just 2 registration dates remaining to sign up for the 2009 OCPW season. The next registration will be held on Sunday, June 21, from 2-3:30pm @ Cane Creek Baptist Activities Center (see website for directions).

Please bring completed forms, original birth certificate (for verification), and registration & spirit pack fees. If possible, please bring your participant so (s)he can be fitted for his/her uniform (and equipment for football). Doing so will help make equipment pick up in July easier and faster.

REPORT CARDS

Please send in or bring by your report card copies as soon as possible. There are 2 registration dates remaining if you wish to bring them or please mail to PO Box 16129, Chapel Hill, NC 27514.

We will be contacting you shortly if you are missing any additional forms or information to complete registration for your child. PLEASE NOTE: your child must have all required forms or information submitted to be considered fully registered and ready to begin on August 1st.
