    REVISED JAMBOREE SCHEDULE

NOTE THE CHANGES IN THE JAMBOREE SCHEDULE BELOW

We only received the Jamboree schedule tonight so DO NOT ASK when you will get the game schedule. We DO NOT KNOW when we will get the game schedule. Due to unforseen circumstances tonight, the game schedule is having to be redone by the league. As soon as we receive the game schedule, an update will be posted to check the calendar. The league is making the needed corrections and will get the revised game schedule to us as soon as they can. It is not an easy task so please keep that in mind (arranging 111 football teams with games at 13 possible home fields in a 8-9 week timeframe).

Please make sure that your player is at the game field at least 1 hour prior to game time (or whatever timeframe that your head coach sets) in complete game uniform and ready to warm up. Make sure you give yourself enough time to allow for getting lost. DO NOT BE LATE (your player is not required to receive playing time if late). This rule is for all games and not just the Jamboree games.

Please note that there is an admission fee for all games (including Jamboree). This fee helps to offset the cost of field rentals as well as other costs that coincide with hosting home games. Adult cost $3 and student cost $1 and must be in cash. There is usually concessions available.

    Here is the Jamboree schedule:

    @ Wilders Grove
11:00-11:30 AM: TM vs Apex Green (Field B)
11:30 AM- 12:00 pm: TM against Garner Blue (Field B)

    @ Capital City
2:20-3:00 PM: MM against Garner Blue (Field A)
3:00-3:40 PM: MM vs Capital City Gold (Field B)

    @ Wilders Grove
3:40-4:20 PM: PW against Garner (Field B)
4:20-5:00 PM: PW vs South Johnston (Field A)

All directions to the game fields are under "Maps" on the website so please refer to the website. If your child does not have enough conditioning hours completed to participate in the Jamboree, you will be notified. However, your child is still required to be at the game because he is part of the team. If you are unsure about your player's conditioning hours, contact Eileen Stough immediately.

    UNIFORM CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Please turn your practice pants, game pants, and game jersey inside out to wash them. Please wash them in gentle, cold water. NO BLEACH FOR THE GAME PANTS. If needed, please only spray with stain remover (it will help if you spray them as soon as you can even if you don't wash them for a few days).

Game jerseys should be hung up to dry. DO NOT PLACE GAME JERSEYS IN THE DRYER!! Placing the jersey in the dryer will shorten the life of the jersey by causing fading and peeling of the numbers. You may be responsible for replacing the game jersey if it is returned at the end of the season in poor condition ($50 value).

Pant pads can be washed with warm, soapy water periodically as needed.

    WEIGHT CERTIFICATION

Weight certification for all players will be on THURSDAY, AUGUST 20th. DO NOT BE LATE!!!
